Reading Graph
Attached below is another helpful resource to use the classroom. I have found these reading graphs to be very helpful and wanted to share them with you today. The graphs can be used for an individual student or for tracking a class. Individualized graphs have also been created for students to keep track of their own reading. It's a helpful tool to keep students accountable for their reading progress. These sheets can be edited and allow teachers, principals, reading specialists or any other school member to track reading data for individual students or student groups. I am a resource / inclusion teacher and personally used them in students data binders and my file for student work samples. Remember document, document, document. Who ever has the most documentation at the end wins!
These resources can be found in my TPT store "here". These could also be combined with the teacher folder that I introduced at the beginning of the school year "here".
