Looking back

  As I was updating my teacher portfolio with my new PD‘s I started flipping through the pages and then I found some old reflection pages. The one that stood out to me the most was „My First 3 Months“ from my first year of probationary teaching. They allowed me to work as a skills teacher while pursuing my certification. It was an adventurous year and I absolutely loved my school and all the people in it. I am glad that I had such a positive first experience- but I also knew what I wanted and was willing to do what ever needed to make sure my classroom was perfect.
