Building Kindness

  Mini- lessons for teaching kindness. 

1. Have a short morning meeting with your class and give examples of kindness you have seen. Call on a few students to share some examples of kindness that they saw or performed. Remind the students that they are all awesome and give some examples of some awesome things you saw some kids do or that made you proud. Tell the students that they have the school day to think about three ways that they are awesome. They can write it on a paper or sticky note. Turn in before the end of school day as an exit ticket.
