Blended learning goal is to create personalized learning experiences for every child based on their needs and abilities, and how the technology is used in positive ways according to Blended Learning: It's Not the Tech, It's How the Tech is Used | HuffPost Latest News.

What Is Personalized Learning, and What Tech Supports It? | EdTech Magazine goes in more detail about personalized learning and what personalized learning is. Personalized learning meets individual students’ needs and learning styles. Blended learners offer opportunities for personalized learning, Personalized Learning Research

Personalized learning doesn’t necessarily mean digital learning. Personalized learning in the 2nd grade classroom means shaping lessons to fit each student’s needs, interests, and stride. It includes student-centered learning pathways, where students follow individualized plans based on their strong points and progress at their own tempo. A flexible classroom atmosphere allows for flexibility and unique teaching opportunities, such as group work, independent study, and hands-on activities, with adaptable classroom setups. Lastly, student voice and choice give learners the freedom to choose how they learn, and take ownership of their education while teachers guide and support them.
